on the way back to Manila, where typhoon Quiel is lashing
Mom and I stayed the night at her friend's house in Cavite. Early next morning, mom's friend took us to Tagaytay. We almost decided not to go because of the strong winds, though when we reached Picnic Grove, it looked like a normal day. It drizzled now and then, but it was fine.

I love Tagaytay although I've been there once lang back in 1993.
